Let me start of this review by stating that lamb is probably my favourite meat of all time, and as much as I love my standard lamb recipes at this point (shanks, rack, breast and chops) I was interested to expand and try new ones.The one thing I noticed about this book was that all the recipes were quite simple to follow and with the exception of having to go out and buy the meat most of the ingredients were what you would find in a well stocked larder/herb garden.
The only reason I've docked a star from this book is that I had hoped to see more adventurous recipes than these, however for someone who likes the taste of lamb and looking for some simple to follow recipes this is the book for you.
Recipes in this book include 4 x lamb burgers, and 4x lamb chops, lamb shoulder, and leg of lamb.
